The challenge is simple, but it's definitely not easy. Place your HECOstix on top of the exercise ball and hold it chest height. Once you're ready, drop the ball and try to catch your HECOstix on the correct color. Each bounce will produce a new directional catch! 

This can be done solo or in group training sessions and the level of difficulty can be adjusted by changing the drop height (higher drop = increased difficulty). If solo, the person dropping the ball calls out the color to catch. If used in group training, the trainer calls out the color to catch.

Custom HRS baseball or softball gloves take 7-10 weeks to be completed prior to being shipped out. Once your custom order is complete you will receive and email with your tracking information.

Full refund if your purchased item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and unused (excluding custom gloves)

No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.

All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item. No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com and received an authorization to return your item

If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com with photos of the issue and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within one (2) business day. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Hit Run Steal.

In Stock Gloves

All in stock gloves must be new and unused in order for Hit Run Steal to issue a refund. Any glove returned in used condition will not be accepted for return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned unused in stock gloves
